Accountant & Bookkeeper

We are hiring an Accountant & Bookkeeper to manage daily financial operations including purchase and sales entries, expense tracking, bank reconciliation, GST & TDS workings, monthly P&L preparation, inventory accounting, and maintaining accurate ledgers. The candidate should be proficient in Tally/Odoo/Excel, possess strong knowledge of accounting principles, and be able to handle day-to-day accounts independently with accuracy and discipline. This role requires 1–3 years of experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to support management with clean financial records and timely reporting.
Technical Expertise

Responsibilities

  • Maintain daily accounts, ledgers, and journals
  • Prepare monthly P&L, balance sheet, MIS reports
  • Oversee cash flow, bank reconciliation, vendor payments
  • Maintain stock & inventory accounting
  • Prepare GST reports, TDS working, monthly filings support
  • Coordinate with auditors and management

Must Have

  • B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / CA Inter
  • 1–3 years  Experience (in small/medium business)
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles
  • Strong command of Tally / Odoo Accounting / Excel
  • Good understanding of GST, TDS, basic compliance

Nice to have

  • Experience in online filling of reports with Govt. Dept.
  • Additional languages
  • Good written English
  • Strong analytical skills
