Responsibilities
- Visit assigned hotels, hostels, hospitals, PGs, offices, and caterers
- Introduce GhaRoti products and business concept clearly
- Identify and speak with the decision maker (Owner / Manager / Chef)
- Collect accurate lead details (name, contact, requirement)
- Submit daily visit and lead reports
- Maintain professional behavior and discipline in the field
Must Have
- Understand customer pain points and sourcing challenges
- Perfect written English
- Explain product benefits (hygiene, consistency, cost efficiency)
- Arrange product trials and follow-ups
- Coordinate with internal team for trial and order execution
- Handle basic objections related to price, supply, and quality
Nice to have
- Suggest new B2B opportunities and untapped areas
- Support onboarding of new interns
- Assist in feedback collection and service improvement
- Share market insights (competitor pricing, demand trends)
- Contribute ideas for marketing or customer engagement
