Responsibilities

  • Visit assigned hotels, hostels, hospitals, PGs, offices, and caterers
  • Introduce GhaRoti products and business concept clearly
  • Identify and speak with the decision maker (Owner / Manager / Chef)
  • Collect accurate lead details (name, contact, requirement)
  • Submit daily visit and lead reports
  • Maintain professional behavior and discipline in the field

Must Have

  • Understand customer pain points and sourcing challenges
  • Perfect written English
  • Explain product benefits (hygiene, consistency, cost efficiency)
  • Arrange product trials and follow-ups
  • Coordinate with internal team for trial and order execution
  • Handle basic objections related to price, supply, and quality

Nice to have

  • Suggest new B2B opportunities and untapped areas
  • Support onboarding of new interns
  • Assist in feedback collection and service improvement
  • Share market insights (competitor pricing, demand trends)
  • Contribute ideas for marketing or customer engagement
