kitchens.It is soft, mildly sweet, saffron-flavored, and richer

refined in Awadh (Lucknow) and Delhi.
The name comes from
Persian “Sheer” = milk & “Mal” = rubbed / kneaded. Literally
means bread kneaded with milk.
