Welcome to GhaRoti, by signing up for our service, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Services Overview

GhaRoti provides daily delivery of fresh rotis to subscribed members. The service operates within the specified delivery areas and adheres to the schedules agreed upon during the sign-up process.

Membership & Subscription

  • Eligibility: Membership is open to residents within our delivery areas. By subscribing, you confirm that you are eligible and provide accurate information.
  • Subscription Plans: Members can choose from various subscription plans (As mentioned above). Changes to the plan must be communicated at least one week in advance.
  • Family Information: The number of family members and dietary preferences must be accurately provided to ensure appropriate delivery quantities.

Delivery Terms

  • Delivery Time: Deliveries will be made during the preferred time slots selected. Our Roti will make reasonable efforts to adhere to these times.
  • Delivery Instructions: Members must provide clear delivery instructions. GhaRoti is not responsible for missed deliveries due to unclear instructions or inaccessible locations.
  • Missed Deliveries: If a delivery is missed due to the member's absence or other reasons beyond GhaRoti’s control, it will not be rescheduled or refunded.

Payment Terms

  • Payment Methods: Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, online payment, and cash on delivery. Payments must be made in advance based on the selected subscription plan.
  • Payment Schedule: Payments are due as per the plan mentioned in the membership form. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension of the service.
  • Refund Policy: Refunds are not provided for partial months or missed deliveries unless due to GhaRoti’s error.

Modification & Cancellations

  • Subscription Changes: Changes to the subscription plan must be communicated in writing at least one week in advance.
  • Cancellation Policy: Members can cancel their subscription by providing a one-month notice. Any remaining balance will be refunded on a prorated basis.
  • Service Modifications: GhaRoti reserves the right to modify the service, delivery areas, or terms. Members will be notified of any significant changes.

Liability & Indemnity

  • Limitation of Liability: GhaRoti is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.
  • Indemnity: Members agree to indemnify and hold GhaRoti harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their use of the service.

Privacy & Data Use

  • Data Collection: GhaRoti collects personal information to provide the service. This includes names, addresses, contact details, and payment information.
  • Data Use: Personal information is used solely for service purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
  • Consent: By subscribing, members consent to the collection and use of their data as described.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of state of  Delhi, India, and any disputes arising will be resolved by local laws.
